    Experience:
    Lance grew up in a Godly and sports' household; he played basketball, baseball, and tennis in high school. After a failed attempt to play baseball at Murray State University, Lance later served as a Student Manager for the Racers' Basketball Team. After graduating with a degree in business administration from MSU, he received his Masters Degree in Sports Management from West Virginia University. Lance has been married to his wife Andrea for 20+ years, and they have three children: Byrce, Luke, and Elise; the family resides in Williamson County. In his free time, Lance enjoys coaching, exercising, and hanging out with his family. He is passionate about impacting athletes' lives through sports and has coached middle school basketball, travel basketball, and travel baseball teams.

    Reece Chamberlain – Director of Basketball Operations (North Nashville)

    Experience:
    Reece graduated from Beech High School in 2010, where he was a four-year letter winner under Coach Darrin Joines. Reece helped lead BHS to 79 victories and two state tournament appearances in his final three varsity seasons. After his stellar high school career, Reece played for Belmont University and Coach Rick Byrd. Chamberlain played a central role in Belmont’s climb to one of the top mid-major men’s basketball programs in the country. During his four years at Belmont, Chamberlain helped Belmont win 101 games, including three NCAA Tournament appearances and one Postseason NIT appearance. Off the court, Reece was named Academic All-Conference all four years, while majoring in Finance & Marketing. He graduated from Belmont in 2015, and is currently employed with Parking Management Company (Nashville) as an Accounting Manager.
